Maybe let's hold off on the multi-posts until there is some sort of solutions to post......Thread is getting awfully full of nothing on topic.

No offense intended.

The schematic shows seat movement controls, no heat wiring in that schematic.

okay, thanks, only noticed the embedded schematic...... missed the attached PDF's https://www.f150forum.com/attachment...at-heaters.pdf

multiple feeds, return signal, and a ground.

assuming signal return is temp sensor... and voltage is variable to achieve desired temperatures (three) A toggle switch would simply have it ON more than likely full the entire time.

Other than obviously the seat modules, main harness to seat harness and FCIM anyone know the difference in seat heating? are XLT OEM seat heaters same as higher trim with exception of control mechanism? I mean beyond having more movement points and massage.

if identical main harness to seat harness swap as well as seat control module swap may do it. I know the seat module for upper trim has different connectors on it so if done would have to splice seat to module connector from higher trim in order to interface it with the module(unless that harness is also easily swapped). main harness to seat harness harness should just be a swap.

it seems that way. Been searching for days to find a fix for this. I did notice when I used forscan to add climate controls and heated seats to home screen when I let my truck sit over night the next day the heated seats could be controlled from the touchscreen. And that was with manual controls
