I'm so frustrated with Fords inability to accurately track a vehicle. I ordered 12/21. Initial delivery date was anticipated for Feb 22, then gradually delayed until March 1st. Still no truck. My dealer says that Ford and Burlington Northern haven't updated the location of the truck since it was in Kansas, on Feb 11th. What kind of crap is that. I can track a 5 dollar package very accurately with USPS, fedex, amazon, etc. What the hell Ford. Pathetic that you can't track the exact location of a $65,000 truck. I full plan on calling their customer service line tomorrow and giving them an earful. I am going to demand an very good explanation as to why they can't call the train company and get an immediately updated location. I'm so frustrated.

Although I haven't been left in the dark to the extent you have, I completely agree about the tracking. There's no excuse in this day and age for them to not make tracking available to their customers on custom orders.

I was told by ford last week it should be in kent as of last thursday. Wasn't there as of tonight, March 1st. Mine was Dearborn build feb 2nd. That's rediculous for the shipping fee they charge. Hope it shows up tomorrow. I'm ok waiting, I understand the process. However. I am pissed off with the crappy communication and the unacceptably pathetic inability to track the vehicle.

Yes 20+ days shipping does seem excessive. Would have cost me my Conquest PIN (2k) if Ford hadn't extended the program. Train car TTGX971275 made it to Kent this morning. Now the wait for car carrier to Yakima. Good luck.

I am guessing that my truck made it to kent as well today. I just got off work and drove by Kent. Saw numerous car carriers with Ford trucks.
