When mine showed production finished the estimated delivery disappeared. Took about three weeks to show up as in transit and the delivery date came back. COTUS has its issues.

 

Hoping mine will be here this week........

Go an email from my sales guy today to advise me of a shipping problem at the Dearborn plant and that there is a major backlog in shipping. Probably wont be shipped until the end of the month..

 

My dealer told me the same thing. My truck is sitting in Kansas. Apparently Ford and the rail companies are having some disagreements right now. My truck should have been here between August 19th and 25th.

 

My truck used to have an estimated delivery date of October 13. Then it went to October 14. Now it shows as in transit on COTUS with an estimated delivery date of September 29. But my sales guy's system seems to be showing that it is still in Kansas City. He thinks the September 29 delivery date is optimistic. Weird.

 

Delivered! Cotus still showed a date of 9/28 and then changed to delivered today!

 

I ordered mine the first week of June. She finally arrived today.

I took her home for the evening but I'll take delivery after u have my accessories installed. Hopefully by Friday.

I was impressed with the Ecoboost power. I love the cluster and the sync seems to be user friendly. She feels beefier than my Avalanche. She's really quiet inside and the interior is quite nice. I hope she treats me as good as my last two Avalanches did.

 

My truck shows "In Transit" and an estimated delivery of September 29 on cotus. But when I stopped by the dealership yesterday, their system was showing it sitting on a ramp in the Kansas City area. So which is more likely to be right?

 

Picked my truck up today day!

It was worth the wait.
