Ordered Feb. 11 and got my VIN today. Didn't get a build date but was told it's in production and should be here around March 21. That's fast.

 

Hmm i ordered on feb 5, 2016 and dealer gave me a vin the next week. It shows on etis as default build date now but just a week ago when i had the vin dealer had build date as of 29th of february, is it leapyear or what lol and is that correct? It says kansas plant as well but etis is blank on date a week after dealer printed this info for me. How soon after the build date can i expect my truck cause dealer ensures that ill get it before the april 4 rebates are gone

 

For the ETIS, I can get some basic information such as build date. Does register as a independent repairer give me more detailed information?

 

Ordered my Platinum 4x4 shortly before xmas (dealer said they wouldn't be able to actually place order until around Jan 1st. Finally got VIN from salesman and ETIS shows build date of 2/4 so salesman thinking it'll arrive 1st week of March. VIN still not pulling up on COTUS.

This wait has been killing me! I've already purchased accessories & done research on about every modification I plan on doing in the next few years lol

 

Me too. Ordered my Plat 12/21. Get it end of next week. I'm taking all the mods to the dealer on Monday so I can just pick it up done!

I also have a build date of Feb 29, if you want to see what ETIS will eventually give you, Grab a VIN from another f150 (I used a vin from the Ford website of trucks that were similar to my build)

 

Is this year leap year i didnt even know and the dealer gave me the 29th as well but they didnt use etis. The print out with my vin said 29 im really anxious to get it before these incentives are gone, dealer ensures i will be fine lol

 

yep, this is a leap year, and here in Canada, I was told by my dealer that because I custom ordered, I get whatever incentive was better for me either when I ordered or when I pick up the truck.

 

I as well was told that what ever deal was better I would get. I am in Ontario Canada
