White since you are talking escapes, I have an 06 4cyl. The drivers side door will lock with the fob or button but will not unlock with either. No click, no noise nothing.

 

Same problem, never had time to look into it tho. Wife said she could live with it so I've yet to worry about it lol

 

Was able to help the FIL diagnose over the phone. Turned out to be his starter solenoid.
He also has a rough idle so I told him to clean the IAC and EGR valves and report back

Good morning fellers. Thought I might share this. This road is about 3 miles from my old house. I've got family that lives on this street.... it's become quite a tradition for a lot of people in SLC to go down this street.

Ah that sounded familiar... looked up the part and $100! That's why the wife said she could live with it lol. I remember telling her how much it was and Never got time to visit a pull a part yard to see their price.


That's nice! Wish more people put up Christmas lights... seems like every year 1 or 2 neighbors stops putting up lights. Our neighborhood is getting darker... My house will have Christmas lights on it till the day I die!

 

These three houses are on my current street. This is not his latest up-to-date setup. He now has some heads that he made that actually talk/sing the song. They ran wires under the street to tie into the same processor. It's a pretty cool setup. If he was closer, I'd get in on it too.

 

Yea, the con wasn't about to go back to jail. Freedom or death! Yea, couldn't quite commit to the ladder in the end. But man, he got some air didn't he lol.
