I used to see a chiropractor regularly, as my wife worked in his office, and treatment was a benefit. I'd pulled something in my back years before while in the Air Force, and finally that took care of it. It wouldn't hurt to have an eval done.

Went to a Chiro last night. He said my back actually feels like it's in place.... he noticed a muscle in my leg, which runs right alongside the sciatic nerve is really tense. Called it ___________ syndrome. Can't remember the name. He said it's a common deal, and doesn't always affect the sciatic, but mine is. He told me to rest it to make it feel better...... yeah right.

Damn, google sure is a helpful little turd.... this is it

Yes I do. That muscle is also the muscle that kept twitching and getting a charlie horse in it. Now that I see the pic of the muscle, it all makes perfect sense. I did some running back and forth from one end of our building to the other on Friday diagnosing a network printer issue, and I'm thinking that is what caused it all. That sumbitch is tense though, I tell ya.

Nothing here at our place at all (not even rain), Brew, but there's a chance of storms in the area again today. The forecast is for T-storms with lots of lightning, and pea-sized hail. Colorado Springs got hit with baseball-sized hail a month or so back. Hail was going through roof shingles, sheathing, and ceilings, and landing in people's living rooms! I guess Denver got hammered a few days ago. We've been very fortunate up here!

We got quite a lightning storm last night.... and some mild rain. Wonder if the hail is headed our way? Or maybe what we saw last night is headed towards you, Ohio?

LOL... yeah, right now I feel like an old Nova going down the road with two different colored doors, bald tires, needs an alignment, and has a missing trunk. It's still going down the road, but it ain't purty.
