Well... my Buddy was driving. The guy gave him a ticket for 5 over. Buddy has a CDL so he said he wrote it as a rural violation so it wouldn't affect his CDL. Neither of us have heard that term before.... not too sure if UHP does the that or not.

The Stang woulda been outta there, lol.

Ohhh... we just happen to be driving a Honda Odyssey with expired plates. Just found that out, lol.

 

Not sure you still have to do this, but here you have to write a letter to the judge, explaining you need your CDL for work, then go down and pay the ticket to keep it off record. I definitely wouldn't trust what that officer said....specially if it's your livelihood.

 

Wait a sec, lets get this straight. - Speeding in an Odyssey down the e-way w/expired ORV sticker ? That thing must be tricked out! Are you at least running spark arrestors and wearing head gear?
