Thinking
Right , a clean gen 10 always catches my eye, specially when you see them in MI.
Was over my brothers last week when I spotted an old ceramic heater of mine the I purchased at Harbor Freight a very long time ago. I forgot about it until I seen it again lol. I've been thinking about buying a blue flame ceramic heater for the trailer as a backup for quite awhile.
Anyway, brother said one of the tiles didn't flame up, but it still worked....somewhat.
So it was full of cob webs, cocoons and whatnots. To clean it up properly I needed to bring it out to the trailer. My air compressors, shop vacs and tools are out there. To cut to the chase, everything works like a champ after completely cleaning the tiles (that's what I needed the compressor and shop vac for),that little Harbor Freight propane ceramic heater kicks ***. I've never had the trailer at 75* and it only took minutes to get it there.
It's too bad I don't have a fan mode only on the trailers furnace. It would save many trips to get my 40 lb tanks filled.
I guess with the ceramic heaters you have to be careful with the oxygen level in the trailer. They can use it up fast. I have to research that little more, might have to crack a window when using it...iduno.
I used this heater on it's lowest setting which fires up just 1 of the 3 tiles. That alone will maintain temps inside...since this thing is insulated pretty well no. I better do more research, perhaps incorporate some type of oxygen gauge or alarm. Not sure yet. As of right now, this seems to be the way to go. When I was having problems with the furnace in the past (sub zero temps), pigtail and regulator freezes, I used electric heat temporary until I worked all that out. I believe I was out here for a weekend and part of the week working on it. In just that time with electric heat, it jacked the electric bill up a 100 bucks. Electric heat isn't a good alternative, hate to see what that bill looks like after a months time lol

Whitey....on the wheels, 50 to me and about 220 to ship, no matter what I do to try and get it lower. You know, I didn't think of Delta, since SLC is a hub. Hmm. Let me know if you are still interested.
Hey the next time you go yarding, would you check on the drivers side wiper cowl piece still? Also, I still need a set of 97-98 clock spring connectors with a bit of wiring. Thank in advance if you should go sometime this spring.
