Yea , I wonder how long it took the Ford engineers to get that part just right ?

Dorman failed in that respect....and all they had to do was copy it, -



Btw, nice Pj's white.....you rocking a set of those Pink panther slippers as well? ...

Holy crap, it's been windy!



And another grassland fire today. This one is a bit farther away than the last one. Really need to reassess go bags and evac plans. I have a feeling it could be another one if *those* years.

I was out on Schriever today, and I think it was just as bad as or worse than here.

Slippers, absolutely. No Pink Panther though, lol.

I think I got the valve covers sealed up, finally! I had to grind about an inch off each side of the VC on the lip. Then I got some Right Stuff and stuck them to the covers. Did it all in about an hours time. It sure is an easy car to work on.

I don't remember... Can you change the passenger-side VC without pulling the intake?
