The Dude that was supposed to come yesterday canceled. He canceled again today. I have another guy that did a coworkers' roof coming tomorrow. So... after that long story, no... it has not been looked at. My coworker said this guy is fast and decent priced. I had a bid in May or June for 14K to do it. So we'll see...

I just got in to the wiring of the stereo in Frankie. I've got my work cut out for me. He made the crimps too hard and metal shows through on all of them.

Those are nice! I love these Milwaukee Lineman's Pliers. I use these 90% of the time for my crimps. I think I've seen the set you posted at HD before.

Haven't use that one, V crimper has always came thru for me thus far. But yea, that looks a hack job w/preschool tools lol.

Have you used those quick strippers yet ? Man are they cool.

My Dad had a set of quick strippers when I was a kid. I don't have my own set, but I've used his several times.

The only thing I don't like about my Milwaukee Linesman pliers is the fact the wire must enter on the handle side. That can be somewhat inconvenient at times.
