Don't know if this made the national news, but this is a pretty sad story. This canyon is roughly 15ish miles from me. Last I heard, the fire is 0% contained.
Our stuff is getting old...we're forgetting, slipping. Next is insanity.
The reason it threw me off is the pipe seems like the same size tubing as my Mustang. Pro M sells an 83mm MAF for Mustangs, and that's bigger than 3 inches. My brain works in Mustang parts a lot of times.... especially in the summer.
I was sure it was 3",guys, thanks. Seem to recall, though, that it's a really tight fit and needs some shaping. Guess I'll find out the next time I think about it.
My front U-joint(s) started squeaking last week. At first I thought it was one of the CV joint boots because it seemed to be coming from only one side. I just realized what it actually was this evening. I'm thinking Spicer over Moog HD's even though these are sealed. Good choice?

Well, I was the one that was wrong. He probably understands my thinking though, LOL.
Random thought: I really need to go buy some more brake fluid for Frankie..... after fixing my parents Escape out in the heat though, I'm enjoying the A/C right now.
BTW. The Window motor my Dad got from Rock Auto had the incorrect polarity. I had to rip it all back apart and repin it.
I still have 4 u-joints in the boxes. White recommended them way back when...bought them but never needed the darn things. I can't recall what brand, but they look nice and heavy. Factory originals still in use.

Probably Neapco if me or AK recommended them. I had a hell of a time with my Precision's that I bought. Needles were missing, one was barely greased. Same company that owns Moog.
