Evan, Wasn't it you that posted the Frankenstein truck with the newer gen box on the older gen truck? There's a question for you about a newer box on an older truck up on the forum right now. I wouldn't mind seeing someone document taking on this project.

Anybody catch the news of the army having developed a device that heats forearms in such a way that they send warm blood to the hands and fingers? The device replaces the need for gloves. I want some. How many shared memories and experiences are there of trying to work on the car or truck with gloves on? Darn near impossible.

Now if we could get something that keeps the gloves off, and my hands clean.... that would be sweet!

The snow is really coming down right now. I am supposed to go do a side job tonight, but I think I am going to cancel because this is lake effect snow. That means a hairy commute by the GSL. I drove the Toyota today, or else I wouldn't be worried.

I hear you on the clean hands. Maybe that will be available next Christmas? Lake effect snow, at least around here is completely unpredictable. 2" can turn into 2' and forecasted 2' can be 2". Better safe than sorry. Cancel, stay home, watch some tv and stay warm. The snow would probably prevent you from finally getting around to fixing that crater in your driveway anyway.

This is day 2 of snow here in the Seattle area. We don't get much here and some years we get none so very few people know how to drive in it. Makes things crazy whenever it happens but I'm sure glad I have my Gen Ten to get around in.

Of course snow for us, 2" to 5", is nothing compared to you guys with real snow in AK, MI and UT. We are just a bunch of snow Pansies here.

I think it's cool when he can get film from the rescuees cz a lot of times I wonder how they ended up in their predicament lol. I also love how the guy didn't wanna be "YouTube famous" so he replays his wreck a bunch of times... I lost it at that part.

And note I only laughed cz we knew the driver was ok; I would've needed a new pair of pants after that one!
