Here's what I'm looking at under the hood. It only has 121,888 miles on it - you'd never know it's garage companion has 6X,XXX more miles on it. Also... found out it has been sitting for FIFTEEN years, not five. As you can see, the motor is probably a total loss. I got home so late last night, I really couldn't do a whole inventory of everything. I do have everything that he took off of it (I think). My entire back of the F150 is full of parts, and I have another box sitting on the back seat too.

It came with new, never installed ASP under drive pulleys, never installed high flow fuel rails, 2 sets of wheels, ram air kit.... and a bunch of stuff I am not remembering, LOL.

Sorry to keep posting, but I just swung a deal on a complete mass air harness and ECU for it. It is currently a speed density car.

EDIT: These are the colors that I am thinking right now... I am waaaaay ahead of schedule in this thought, but I can dream right now, right? Blue or green on top, with aluminum on the bottom.

Up it a bit. Put said bolts into a lathe and taper them a mite. V common old school.

Yeah - great tidbits in this thread, between the chatter. Roof vents - yes. Triple thick shingkes w 6 nails, not 5; good in 110mph wind versus 85. Materials just 300 more and 100yr or lifetime transferrable warranty. 37 lb rubberized underlayment versus delicate dirty 30lb tar/roofers felt. Takes 6 months UV versus 2 wks. Clean to handle, lays flat instantly, virtually self seals if you pull a nail.

Real coffee table F150 man's book.

My choice would be blue...

I had to go look... it was from 2016. I couldn't find the headless bolt thing from AK though.

Well boys, with summer coming up I’ve decided to get some tint to hopefully cut down on how brutal it will be when I return to my truck to go home after a day of sitting in direct sun. I plan to do a before and after. I’m looking at 35% all the way around.I also just bought a viper remote start/keyless entry 2way LCD. Paid $130 for it plus a PATS bypass. I don’t really feel like dealing with all the wires and whatnot so I’m gonna take it to a local shop and have them install it. I still need to call for a quote but I’m looking at $150 for the tint.

Ok, Inquiring minds need to know. What headless bolts are you talking about? Headless bolts? Hmm. Sounds like something our government would try and use. LOL. I'm confused ..................... like that is something unusual.

Unless that is for installing a transmission. We use them (about 10 inches with the heads cut off) as alignment points for installing transmissions. Done this for years. This is the only thing I can remember when you use them as aligners. Saw it with an engine one time to align the intake, but that was with a flat manifold, like our modulars use..

That's all I can think of.

Isn't a headless bolt called threaded rod?
