Did anyone else catch Jay Leno's Garage the other night? He had the new Veyron on that set the new speed record at 304 mph? They said at that speed there's an equal uplift and downforce of 2,000 lbs. or was it 2 tons? Sorry, I forgot. But at that speed the tire's weight 7,000 lbs. each. LOL The tires on the old Veyron cost $10,000 a set but they didn't say what these will be. People with more money than sense. Take your pick.

Alright gentlemen, tomorrow I’m going to a local U-pull it down around here. I’m helping a friend pull a motor. Wish me luck.

ALA the compression gauge doesn't lie if it isn't running. Then check it again once you've had it running, - before the warranty is up. Salvage shops should give you at least 30 days to prove the engine.

Good luck with the numbers.

That's Brew's way of reminding you to take a battery with you.

After a frustrating day of work yesterday, I self-prescribed some woodpile therapy. Man, I love my Fiskars X27 Granted this round was setting for two years, but still... First strike:
