I finally got around to taking care of my rusty roof. It's not perfect by a long shot, but it's protected, and nobody under 6' tall will see any of it unless they make a concerted effort (and if they don't like it, then it's their own darned fault).
That was strange. I heard an exhaust rattle (but not a leak?) while idling on a hill and found this clamp, although tight, had given up the ghost and my muffler was free to slide back and forth inside the preceding pipe. I had to use penetrating oil overnight to get it tight again, but I got it.
I've got one that let's the muffler's weight twist the exhaust so the tailpipe hits the bottom of the edge of the bed. Every once in awhile I just take my foot and push it back down.

My exhaust on my old Mustang would NOT stay put on the right side. I had to readjust it every six months, and because the tips were huge, it had to perfect each time.
I actually need to do the same stupid thing, Ohio. Mine looks really bad. BTW, what's that antenna? CB? Ham?

I just used a semi-gloss Rustoleum. I'm hoping that a couple of coats of wax after 45 days or so will help it hold up.
The antenna is a dual-band ham stick - 2-meter/70cm.
