Glad you liked it. I prefer drummers that are just as much fun to watch as they are to listen to. These guys give that in spades. You said Portnoy is one of your favorites and he is definitely giving it with both hearing and seeing.
White, what is it with Utah? Seems like every time you turn around anymore Utah is attached somehow. I'm not imagining or making this up, "Howard, Phillips, and Andersen, a Salt Lake City law office." At least it would have been a neighbor coming after you! lol All those infringement questions are answered now anyway. It sucks it's hit you this hard and forcing you to start over but at least there won't be any unwanted surprises in your mailbox in the future.

He really is. Just a genuine music connoisseur as well. He is currently going through his "re-release" record collection on Youtube. He just started an 8 part series yesterday. He goes into what songs were his favorites, and why. It's funny that a guy that plays such a diverse amount of music (with time changes that most drummers don't even think of) has such a love for music history.... history in music you wouldn't think of. Like the Beatles, Beach Boys, Bee Gee's, but yet also appreciates the musicianship of the Beastie Boys. You might like it.... Probably some stuff you like in his A thru B section, LOL.

I was surprised to see that, especially because I've never heard of that law firm, LOL. Yeah - I'm glad that I didn't get too far into it before changing. I just need to modify my first episode, or just redo it.
Whitey here are the pics as promised. Sorry been crazy trying to sell our house. Couldnt work on the truck cz we had showings ALL DAY Thursday and Friday. Anywho got everything finished today except for one part. I am waitin on a 1 5/16 crowfoot wrench to arrive on monday so I can torque the pitman arm properly to 215 ft/lbs. I dont have a socket that fits and a socket is too long anyway. So white you might want to purchase one before you start. I got a cheapo off amazon so we shall see how it works. I didnt want to spen $100 for a tekton set for something I will rarely use. Had to use the benzo torch to get the tie rod jam nuts loose but got those done, the idler arm was simple compared to everything else lol.
Also WOW i didnt realize how sloppy my steering had gotten. Like a lobster stuck in a pot thats gradually boiling. Now this thing about throws you out the window when you turn its so responsive lol. Getting an alignment and new tires this week as well. Probably going with the Dick Cepek Trail Country EXPs.
I didnt cut all the way thru, where the metal is missing is where the chisel split it and the flaked away (I got closer than I was planning tho LOL) The X isnt necessary. I was getting desperate and thought it might help (someone on YT did it that way). I just went back and kept cutting my original line till the chisel broke thru. Lots of cutting, chisel, cutting, chisel. Disc was from Lowes, its got a diamond edge thats all I can remember.
I ended up helping my Sutton buddy today find a crap load of parts for a 1942 Ford GWB (Ford-Jeep). Surprisingly it was easy enough to still find all the parts he wanted online. Then I took their numbers and converted them and found a full ignition system, cap, rotor, wires, pts, cond, and coil for under $40 plus 11 frt all delivered and new. If I had gone to the source supplier I would have had well over 120 plus shipping. Luckily I saved my conversion catalogs, so it was real easy to come up with. Old Autolite and Prestolite systems were the norm, so I saved the info. Yea!!
2100, THANK YOU! So it's not a 33mm? I have a 33 in my axle nut set that I thought was correct.... well... now that I am doing my math 33mm has to be pretty close to 1 5/16 (roughly 25mm + 8mm). Can you get a socket on it? Or do you need a crows foot? I think my biggest crows foot is 3/4", LOL.
AK, you are the man! Such a parts wizard. I wish I had the knowledge you do.

So my searches had people saying 33mm and others saying 1 5/16. I measured with calipers and got exactly 1.3". That is a frog hair larger than 33mm and 2 frog hairs smaller than 1 5/16. I didnt want to chance not having the part fit so I chose the 2 frog hairs larger. I think you might be able to get a socket on it but I doubt the wrench head will fit under it too. When the crowfoot comes in tomorrow I will take a picture to show you the clearance room. If it works for me and you want the amazon link, I can link it once I know it works lol. It was like $14. (edit just looked and saw its supposed to come today so Ill get them today!)
Well now I am annoyed. Amazon delivered an empty package. Like why would you drop off an empty envelope? Its so very clearly empty. Anyway now I am waiting till wednesday to get the crowfoot.
