I would of had to go out and buy another truck, AND start a new thread on him. That probably would have to have a title of "Not Thinking, Again". LOL

So my amp is still dead in the water. I've not been able to find anything wrong with it..... soooo I hate to just throw money at a problem but ivy exhausted all other options. Anyone have any recommendations for an amp? Needs to be fairly small as it fits in the center dimple of the rear wall behind the ext cab seat. I suppose I could move it but I'd prefer not to. Powering 1 pioneer sub (linked

Starting with the obvious and I hope it isn't insulting, are you sure the speaker works since you can't find anything with the amp? Have you bench tested the amp to see if it works? I haven't messed with a car stereo in years but "back in the day", lol, there were plenty of times where what didn't work in the vehicle worked fine on the bench.

He went to the shop today, to find that an injector o-ring had shrunk (could of been tweaked also)/ Anyways, he's fixed and I can pick him up tomorrow. Good thing the shop stands by their work. The slideback cost me 95 though.
I'm not sure how that's possible, - I'd have to say not lol. Anymore specifics AK ? Id have to guess the injector rail spring snapped or was deformed from previous removal. then slid back and lost the o-ring seal... to pump that much fuel anyway.

What a mess ehh, how did you get rid of all that fuel on the ground ?

Well, glad it's fixed and you saved him. Yea that's a little scary, also lucky you didn't loose any coils during the debacle.

Not sure if joking or my post is misleading lol. It's inside the cab just between the wall and the seat

Well the amp works when I punch it and then the sub fires so I'm leaning towards the amp lol. Percussive maintenance was working but the up time of the amp has dwindled significantly almost down to zero now.

I've been using a Soundstream Picasso Nano 5-channel amp, and remain quite pleased with it. Their 2-channel unit bridged or a monoblock unit would work well for your application, and fits nicely behind the seat. There are pics of mine in my build thread. Amp install starts at about Post #89.

The PN1.650D with 400W at 4 Ohms would be my choice for a good, economical, compact amp in your application unless you want to take advantage of the situation and amp all the speakers (if not already done).
