^^^^ That SCT emblem is going to feel really sweet on the melon when that airbag comes out.

Damn.....239919 miles on that beast and it's a 2011. The seats are so bad the detailers couldn't get the stains out.

Now you see why Red got a new heart. I know what is done and he has nowhere near that mileage. He's at 181k and Blue is still under 130k miles on the odometer.

So AK, I don't see if you answered my question... did you get Red back? How's the new motor?

I get him back on Wednesday of this week. I'm hoping that the new engine, fixed exhaust etc, make it a nice mellow sound and power. It had plenty of power before, so this should be a real improvement. 0 miles vs the current mileage.

I got playing with my hydro dipping stuff today and took a spare radio surround and wood-grained it to match the truck. I also did my spare glove box handle. That one I like. On the surround, I think I am going to just use the vents and do the outer vents only in the wood. I would need to redo the outer edge anyways because it bubbled. That is too much wood look. That should also give the dash the even look, and not all grey and bland. I left the handle with the rough surface since you have to grab it. It would have been awfully slick if I'd of filled the surface.

I'm sure you're looking forward to getting Red back, AK. In the meantime, those HD'd parts look great!

Well... I ran myself out of full sheets of sheet rock. I have a sheet rock hoist reserved for Friday night until Saturday, and I will get the ceiling at that time. This job is so much easier with a Roto-Zip.

This will take about 6 sheets for this wall.

I figured he wasn't going to like me saying add grammar but man I'm tired of new members writing the most gibberish crap ever and expecting to have magical solutions to their problems.... if we can't understand you, we can't help you and with his attitude I'm staying out of it (after my poking the bear reply )

Edit* seems like it would've been easier for him to add a period or two and a comma in there to clear everything up, instead of insulting me and then the whole forum.

Looking good... I can hang drywall all day long but screw the taping and mudding crap! I'll pay someone to do that any day of the week! I think you mentioned you were farming that out too?

Yes... paying for mudding, and carpet is all. Normally I hang the ceiling first, but I'm on a schedule, LOL. I can't get the hoist until Friday. This reminds me, I need to talk to a friend of mine about mudding this.
