Every region has its own set of potential lawn/tree/landscape issues. We had grubs back in Ohio, and ash-borer beetles. Here, it's a different beetle that likes pines, and a moth that's going after spruce trees this year. The local Extension Bureau is usually up on what's "hot."
I upgraded from a 24"/22" monitor setup to a 27"/24" on a hard-mounted stand this week, figuring, "Good. Now I can get more stuff on my screens." No, with the same resolution, stuff is just bigger. Well, not entirely true. When I'm working with security layouts, I can fit a larger area of the floorplans on the screen.
As a bonus, the stand cleared some real estate under the monitors, and since my new work laptop has a USB C dock, it can now live in rather than on the desk.
I've had the 24 for a few years and it does the job and didn't break the bank, so when I decided to get a 27, I searched the Asus site, and even called them to try and find the matching 27" unit. When doing a search, nothing showed up in the same series (VS), and two people there I spoke with were recommending other series monitors. I actually stumbled across the matching unit by accident on Amazon, and am glad I didn't pull the trigger earlier on a different one. I'm still having trouble getting colors to match exactly, though. ..
I paid the overall bill on Red today, even though he won't be finished until Weds (closed on weekends). The total (started at 1500) is 1664. The included redoing the exhaust, adding a freeze plug heater, headers, charging the AC system, etc and shop supplies. That's very liveable. The second lowest quote was 2485 plus AC. To me, that 800 is a big difference.

4497.00 total w new Ford engine. (it works out to 9 payments of 500 a month----average car payment on a 20k used truck at 48 mo.). I like the 9 months, and know what I have and have an open 3-year mileage warranty on the engine. I feel much better off doing it this way. Most GEN 12s here are well over 140k on their clocks. Who knows what you are getting. A used vehicle is a crapshoot, so I went my way.
Well ****.... I typed a LONG paragraph, and it disappeared on me.
AK, did you already get Red back yet? How does she do?

I always recommend the WD MyCloud. It is accessible via my phone (app available in Play Store). It has DLNA, so that makes it accessible on the devices throughout the network. It impresses the hell out of me that it can handle multiple tasks at once. I am streaming M*A*S*H and also uploading more video to it as I type this. It also has an expansion port (USB) that I have an 8TB drive plugged into. I have the 3TB version of the MyCloud. Ohhhh.... you can also access it via web browser. It's really handy to pull things off of it at work if needed.

Everything I have bought has been their VS series, except I bought one ASUS Pro monitor - which is pretty badazz. It is plane switching and comes on a rotating stand to accommodate that.
Depends on the day, and what I'm trying to accomplish. I go from jazz to country to rock mostly. I like singer/songwriter stuff as well. I'll put on the latest pop stuff once I awhile, but no rap or opera. Yeah, a very wide range.
