Edit* seems like it would've been easier for him to add a period or two and a comma in there to clear everything up, instead of insulting me and then the whole forum.
LOL... we're all lybturds.

I spent a good part of my life working overseas where I was the one that didn't speak the language so I'm usually pretty tolerant of grammar and syntax errors. That went away with the lybtard remark. He's no fur-n-er. And shouldn't that be libtard?

Yeah usually if I see poor grammar I check the profile and see if they are in the US or not, I have no problem wading thru difficult posts if English isn't their first language.

The EDBC feller is from Canada, and speaks French as his primary language. He can form a sentence better than Lybturd can. It's a crying shame that with 13 years of free education, people can't grasp a few concepts they are being taught.

Can't grasp, or simply don't care enough/are too lazy to use?

Yeah, too lazy is what I was getting at. My friend that owns the transmission shop only made it to 8th grade. He was forced to quit school so he could help his Mother raise the rest of the kids when his parents split up. He struggles with reading still, and some of his texts he sends me are atrocious, lol. But the guy knows his weaknesses, and makes fun of himself a lot. He would not be a douche bag like that guy was earlier today.

All of his warranty docs, business cards, BBB dealings, receipts, advertising, etc. is all me. He will give me an idea and tell me to run with it, twist it how I feel is right, etc. He's kind of like a savant in some ways. Brilliant mechanically, but struggles with some things.

Well... that was a tangent if I've ever seen one, LOL.

For years the Ford Shop Manuals had plan and side view drawings of the vehicle frames but they are no longer in the manuals. The drawings had what Ford called Master Control Holes (MCH) and Control Holes (CH) along with frame dimensions that allowed for locating dimensionally where everything is located on\in the vehicle. The manuals don't have this information anymore. Is this info just not released or is the info documented somewhere other than shop manuals?

But you can respect a friend like this. Nothing pretentious about your friend.

Agreed. Some people have preyed on that weakness with him though. He lost his first business because of two "partners". They ran a company that had zero debt into bankruptcy. It took a year of going through lawyers and courts to reduce my friend's portion to 1/3 of what the total payback was. He was going to take the other 2 to court and try to get some of the equipment back that they stole, but the one that had it all had a massive heart attack and died in April.... and my Buddy doesn't want to pursue his family over it.

It sucks... he has told me several times that I am the only person he trusts that won't take advantage of him. I try to help him out as much as I can, and he helps me when I need trans work, parts, etc.

you still can go online and specify the m/m/wb and get these type drawings schematics. most info comes from ford-trucks dot com use the image option to get where you want to stop.
