Vehicles weighing between 14,000 pounds and 26,000 pounds are also subject to the regulations, and must meet the following compliance schedule:
  • 2004 and older must comply by Jan. 1, 2020
  • 2005-2007 must comply by Jan. 1, 2021
  • 2008-2010 must comply by Jan. 1, 2023
I had to go back and read what my Buddy sent me. He buys PSD's and resells them. He said "Looks like I might be buying some F450's from cali soon". So the F450's must be that much. Sorry, I thought it meant all PSD's.

I didn't realize there was a 450 SD. I saw a new 550 a couple of weeks ago at Lowes. Looked inside and you'd think the darn thing was a Lincoln. Sure not your dad's work truck.

I guess it all comes down to the styling cues you prefer since that's should be the same generation drive trains. Iirc

I need a hood insulator pad. 1L3Z-16738-AA is the oem number. Fits 99 up GEN 10s. Even with a discount it's over 100 to Anchorage. I'd sure like to find a pad, used is good even, if someone is parting out a 99 up F150/7700. Anyone going scrounging at the yards that could pull one for me and ship? They fold up to almost nothing if folded into 4th's.
Thanks in advance. Da Dog

Well that was quick. One of the local F150 Mafia guys saw this post and had his buddy get hold of me, I got the insulator pad AND a bed liner. Not bad. Just need the tailgate panel. I have a damaged reg gate, so I may see if I can use it's panel by cutting it down some, Anyways, score.
