do they put out the updates I need less frequently and pump out newer updates more frequently?
In the years I have been following, I have not seen any pattern in terms of how any updates get pushed out. I think OTA's are pushed out in waves to groups of VINs at a time. When your turn comes up, you'll get what you're due based on what you need.

@rugedraw interesting.
are you able to see which modules are needed next for me (IPC, APIM, GWM)? Dealer is telling this is the furthest they could get me. I am lacking belief in that as they have said that before and then proceeded to do 12 hours of updates.
thanks again.

also, will I have to get multiple OTAs to get caught up or when my VIN gets an OTA wave I’ll get all the updates I’m due?
learning fords train of thought is like learning a new language.

Yes, I can see that. List of modules with pending updates are below. GWM has a green dot, so that would be the next one in the sequence. Once that gets applied, it will release another APIM or TCU. I don't think you're due another IPC until a bit later in the process.

Yes, it will be multiple OTA's. They cannot be updated all at once. Even with FDRS, you update them one at a time. Imo, your dealer has gone above and beyond what they are required to do to get you as far as they did. You can try pressing them for more, but you've already gotten more help from them than 95% or more of people what walk into dealers asking for updates. If they tell you there's no more updates showing or some other excuse, just know you got further than most.

Your truck is on the latest Sync and only showing a few minor updates pending. This truck has been updated with FDRS, as there are certain updated applied to it that can only be done with FDRS. Do you have the newer features for Bluecruise enabled yet? If not and if you have FORScan, message me if you're interested in turning on lane change assist and all the other stuff.

I updated with FDRS a while back. I just got OTA power up 6.5 or whatever it’s called.

I do not have those features enabled. I thought the lane change assist would be in a future update.
What all features are they? I love extra features.

Correct, the update has not been sent out yet. However, the update is in FDRS; it just does not have the config activated to let you use them. That you have to do yourself with FORScan. It's not a secret anymore.......lots of vehicles out there have this enabled. If, you have the right software, and you do. New features are lane change assist, in-lane repositioning and predictive speed assist. I'll message you.

Can you elaborate on what these are? Are they performance improvements in existing features, or new functionality? What options are they dependent on, e.g., BC?
