Thanks for the help, kind of what I figured (feared). Appointment for wiper motor recall on January 4th, expect service advisor to tell me again I am up to date on OTA updates. Now I know otherwise.

I just went through and downloaded all the updates my truck had through FDRS. I tried to enable the Blue Cruise Prep Kit and it states that I need to ensure all my modules (APIM, etc.) have the latest SW updates in accordance with 21G01. Unfortunately, there are no more SW updates under the tab. Am I missing something? VIN 1FTFW1ED7MFB47414

Looking through what you did, the IPMA update was not successful. That is imperative for BC activation. I also do not see an IPC update. Based on your OTA history, you had a failed IPC update before 3.5.2 was sent to your truck, which means that is the old IPC update needed for BC to work.
Are you saying that when you do a network scan, FDRS shows no modules updates at all? The list is completely empty? I don't have access to FDRS until I get home from work to my laptop. Do you still have an active FDRS license?
Edit: You also are not in the latest sync version. Do not update the APIM again. If you do, your sync version will be too high for the Bluecruise enable kit to work. You don't really need it to activate bluecruise, though. Updating the modules needed for BC will yield the same results.

Ah ****. This could be a problem. I'm going to have someone else take a peek into your truck that has infinitely more knowledge. Get me a pic of the entire "about sync" page in your touchscreen menu settings.

Not to my knowledge. I bought the truck back in October with 25,000 miles. Also, here is the SYNC info.

Unfortunately, I was right and your truck needs an unconventional process to get righted. You are missing the IPC update. Why it isn't showing in FDRS is not relevant at this point. There is one person and one person only (that I know of) that can fix it, and you will need FORScan. The IPC update has to be side-loaded and you can't do that with FDRS. I will message you in a bit with more details. Driving home from work now.

If you look at my VIN are all the same module updates listed? Do I need to sign up to borrow a Mongoose and get FDRS or take it to the dealer to update the modules?
Currently everything is working: Blue Cruise (work 95% of trip to and from FL first week of December) and Cameras at speed. Just wondering if I'll get the updates to prep for Blue Cruise 1.2 or 1.3.

The last OTA you got was APIM update 23-PU0724-DOM-RS back on 8/30. List of pending module updates are below. When it does come out, it will go straight to BC 1.4 and it is believed to be coming sooner than later. There's nothing wrong with your truck. The problem is the OTA process.
The waiting list for one of my Mongooses is 2 months + right now. I can add you if you want. When I get to you, if you don't need it, I will go on to the next person. Lmk.
