I've had that before. Forgot, but the ota data just spins and never populates. Says requesting vehicle data and just keeps spinning....Any ideas?

 

So what does "final failure" mean in the OTA history? It tried and failed so many times the mothership has just given up on the update for good?

I'm fairly certain my battery voltage was too low for the OTAs to install. Since I have been working at home, I do not drive my truck enough to keep the voltage up. I bet this is a common issue for a lot of people not receiving OTAs. I noticed my auto stop/start (***) was never kicking in even though it was enabled. Sure enough it started working again after I charged my battery. So for those of you that don't have a voltage tester or Forscan to check your voltage, be suspicious if *** is enabled but never activates. I know the battery issue has been brought up before, but I don't think it can be over-emphasized.

 

Dagnabit. Says there is no OTA data....geeze. None of below either.Or does it need to be plugged into truck like fdrs?
