Great thread everyone, I may have a slightly different problem then most. Inside my truck automatic updates are enabled, scheduled, but none ever come. 2022 King Ranch. Mine came with full screen Carplay, and cameras in motion, but I never received full screen AA. When I check my phone, I see the schedule in software updates in the ford pass app, but it states automatic updates are off. Go back to the truck they are on. I think I have a status problem between the two systems and wonder if that is why I don't seem to be getting updates. Anyone know how to sort out that issue?
The schedule is only for updates that require vehicle downtime. Those with access can run your VIN to see where you are at in updates. If you have sync version 22293 or later you are not far behind.

Have you enabled your home wifi in your truck so that it will connect when in your driveway/garage?

No one has ever received updates over WiFi. Even when connected to WiFi it will still use cellular to download updates. It's a bit silly really because many updates fail due to not being able to download everything.

I have received quite a few over WiFi. Most recently a couple of the 4.2.x updates. All of the 3.5.x seemed to come cellular though…
Like many, I have a '21 job 1 truck that my last update was Sept. 2022. Took it into the dealership for a TSB on the driver's seat and asked them to try to update whatever had failed three times. They updated 3 modules and shortly after getting home FordPass sent me the notification for 3.5.4 and I now have full screen Android Auto and Alexa integration. Can anyone look up my VIN and see if I have other updates available, please?
Take a look at my Hands-free driving mode (BlueCruise) expiration date!

the fact that you got 3.5.4 tells us the updating is working ok.
It wasn't too long after I got that one that more kept rolling in . I'm now up to 4.2.4. All within weeks.

Keep your fingers crossed they don't catch that mistake, Now I have to go see what mine says; I'd love to have it until 2073!
Edit...mine is 2073 as well. Good catch! Is Ford no longer going to charge for BlueCruise or is this another of their failures in commitment to quality?
