Thank you so much!
No OTA history in the past 60 days and no OTA in your queue at this time.

Same as above. Those older updates you need do not get pushed out very often. Based on your current Sync version, you are not stuck not getting updates, you just haven't had any love from Ford in a while. Last OTA in your history shows to have been sent to you September of last year.

For S&Gs, I Googled Coolwalk updates yesterday. A response said the latest version to allow true full screen would be 8.8 and to delete the AA cache, close Settings, then go to the Play Store and seach for AA. Did that and sure enough, it said an update was available. Was on Version 8.6.625054 and it did update to Version 8.7.630264 released on Feb 2, but no joy yet.

I haven't followed Coolwalk at all, but it is likely enabled via Google Play Services. I think play services is updated through the Play Store, but in the background. It handles a lot of the special features in other apps, so it wouldn't surprise me to see it affect AA as well.

It gets activated completely at random. It seems like Google took a page from Ford's crappy OTA process on this one. lol

Hey guys... Silly question possibly - the powerup updates don't necessarily correlate to the latest module firmware versions, correct? Is there any way to know what module firmware/updates are available outside of anything delivered OTA? I'm guessing that is only known via FDRS, is that correct?

Correct. I do not have an active FDRS account to check for you.

@rugedraw I went to the dealership and showed them all the info you sent me (thanks again!). They now claim that they fixed the issues, and updated Sync w/ the latest update and that an OIA update started for the truck. I'm picking it up at 4:00pm but wanted to see if you had a quick minute to check it on your end before I head over. The VIN is 1FTEW1E83NFA19588. Mind checking it before I head out? Thanks again for your help!
