Software Updates
3.5.3 was sent to you on 1/26, but it timed out and failed before it was able to download the files. It is a very common issue with that particular update.
Oh, nice! Can you provide your VIN here or via PM so I can look at the update details in PTS?
Edit: Never mind.....I found it in a previous post. It's an APIM update and your Sync version is now 23014.

PMing you now. Let us know what you find!
Exactly why I bought a Mongoose. Should I have to spend my own money to get features I already paid for when I bought my truck? Absolutely not.
With that said: I sleep very well at night knowing my truck is up to date and I don't have to depends on Ford's broken OTA process to have the truck I paid for. For me, it was money well spent. To each their own. Once I discovered these OTA issues and all the things I was missing out on, my patience waiting for OTA's dissipated very quickly. No regrets.

For the early guys, absolutely. For guys who have a 22+ and are getting OTAs, I don't understand the absolute need and must have the first day the OTAs come out. Just wait a bit and it'll be in your truck. 650k F150s were sold in 2022. It's not like they can turn on a switch and deliver a petabyte of data for millions of trucks in one night. Just takes time to roll them out and they'll get to your VIN.
So I’ve done some reading but is there something specific that I can tell my dealership to look in to or an update to push so that OTA will continue to work, rather then a mongoose and FRDS?
21 F150 shows 2.7.3 but ford pass says 2.7.1, the dealership “updated” it the other day for 6 hours but still shows the same.
