My 2021 XLT has received no updates since December 2021 according to FordPass.

Is anyone able to verify the update history before I start trying some things to get it going?

Your last recorded OTA was 19 months ago and you are on Sync version 20301 which is old broken software from 2020 and a clear indicator that your truck is stuck in OTA limbo. Without dealer intervention, your truck will most likely never get an OTA. Your dealer needs to recover your APIM by manually updating/repairing it using FDRS or diagnose it as faulty and replace it under warranty.

Thanks to all that provided input regarding the 4.2.x updates. At this point, it is safe to say that 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 are for all 2022 trucks and 4.2.1.2 and 4.2.2.1 are for all 2023 trucks. Similar to what they did when they released 3.5.3 and 3.5.3.2 which the exception that 2021 were not excluded from the original release of that update.

Default Just received 2.7.3 03/19/23 2021 Lariat

Greetings,

I just received Update 2.7.3 last month, and I see that some people have update 3.5
I am interested in the full screen. How can I jump to that update?

The only way is to buy a Mongoose OBDII tool, an FDRS license and do it yourself.

Yeah. Just picked mine up after a week at dealer and still at 1.4. The paperwork states "Could not duplicate". Is that generic for we don't give a crap? Not sure if they even tried.
