I call BS. PTS shows they tried to update the APIM several times unsuccessfully. You have a job 1 truck stuck on Sync 20301 and no OTA history. You seem to be a prime candidate for a USB fix from @Jesse - Infotainment. If you are interested in trying to fix it yourself, PM me and I will reach out to him.
