No OTA history at all, I think you are stuck in OTA limbo as you are stuck on version 20301, you also have a DTC present in the SYNC module for an internal software failure. I would suggest reaching out to a dealership to get it addressed (with either a module recovery OR with a new SYNC module)

Ok my truck is going back to the dealership to find out what is going on with it. I’ve not had an update since Sept 7th and I get that I have to wait until they push them out but I think almost three months without updates that people have been getting for those three months is a little ridiculous. I had the GWM replaced on Oct 4th but that should not affect the updates. I’m starting to wonder if the are doing something to my truck just so I have to keep bringing it back for them to fix because every time I take it to them, there is another issue that’s going on. The last time I told them that they didn’t fix my problem and all I got was “Well, can you bring it back tomorrow?” Needless to say, it’s going to another dealership this time. We will see what they can do for it. Until then can someone check my VIN 1FTFW1E82MFB07129 to see if there is anything that has failed canx or in the que to be pushed to me. Thanks again!

No pending OTA at this time, last OTA was back in September for OTA Powerup 3.5.2

 

You got the 2 OTAs you get before 3.5.2 so I would be patient for just a while longer.

Here's my OTA history for example.

I received ZERO updates for over a year , until starting this year in September and I'm still waiting for 3.5.3 to be pushed out after my October 7th OTA with 3.5.2

I got 3.5.2 update just as Ford was starting to roll out 3.5.3 last month....Wonder when I'll see the next update. Might be a while as my truck's not doing too many miles.
