Can anyone help me out? I have a Job 1 build 2021 and have not received an OTA update since May 2021. I took my truck to the dealership for the 22B08 recall a couple days ago and they are having trouble with "Ford servers" and have a "Ford hotline" involved. Not sure if they are pulling my chain or not. Can anybody see activity for my truck? My vin is 1FTEW1EPXMKD68759

They are indeed having issues with battery state of charge , and still struggling to get the APIM to take an update. The only thing that concerns me a bit is I have not seen an attempt to do a module recovery yet for whatever reason

@rugedraw either coincidental or part of Ford OTA Voodoo but, it seems that every time you’ve checked my VIN within hours I’ve gotten an OTA update.
You checked my VIN yesterday and morning and by 5 Mountain I got 3.5.2 OTA.
If you get a chance would check my VIN again please? Thank you!1FTFW1ED7MFC95188

I see they attempted to program the APIM 3x and were not successful. Also weird that I don't see a module recovery attempt for yours yet either which is the whole basis of the 22b08 recall.

The module recovery procedure is very technical and also has a very high failure rate of being unable to recover the modules out of logic lock( out of the 20 or so I've attempted, I've had but only 3 successful recoveries that I was then able to update the APIM afterwards but you must attempt it before just replacing an APIM or the claim could get kicked back by Ford for not following procedures)

Has anyone had issues with the mobile apps grayed out? I have an iPhone and I can’t get mobile apps to turn on. Android apps will but not mobile apps. I have had the APIM and the GWM replaced and the dealer thought it was fixed. When I picked it up last time, when the GWM was replaced, they told me it was fixed. When I went to the truck it still wouldn’t turn on. They asked me to bring it back the next day. I don’t think they have a clue and just want to bill Ford warranty for more hours. Any idea what is causing this? I could be doing something wrong or it might not turn on when I’m using CarPlay. The last update I received is the two non-numbered updates.

Yup. At least two people that I know of reported getting it on another forum. One a few days ago and one more last night.

My '22 Platinum's BlueCruise function has quit despite the screen saying it has been activated.

Would anyone know if there's an update or fix for trucks experiencing this?
