Yes, these updates have no revision on them because they are preparing truck for the next major updates to roll out. The fact you got them is normal and good.

Hi Rugedraw,
I am still stuck on 2.7.4 since the 2.8.1 kept failing due to low battery (almost 2 months now).
But yesterday I did receive an Over The Air alert from my Ford Status Widget that said Update 22-PU0727-VI-FXA was deployed with an expiration date of 9/14.
I did not receive any notification in my truck or on my FordPass app about this update. When I check my latest update in the truck it still says 2.7.4.
Are you able to tell if this update was pushed to my truck? My VIN is 1FTEW1EP4MFA67073

Thanks.
Mark

Strange. I do see that 2.8.1 failed on July 20th and that OTA campaign shows as expired. I also see you have that update pending to be installed since yesterday. You would be the first one I see get one of these new updates that doesn't have the latest software yet. I would go to my truck and install it. Hopefully that triggers more updates for your truck to get sent out.

Got this one this morning early, pretty much like 2.8.3 for camera up dates , however, it mentions a back trailer camera on this one ,

Thanks rugedraw,
I have automatic updates setup for every night.
When I click on check for updates it says I am up to date with 2.7.4.
My update now button is greyed out.
So no way for me to manually apply this update.

Latest update does the split screen in reverse , which the pro trailer assist does also if you have it . And shows a trailer icon on camera menu

These past few days, I've been checking everyone's truck and not my own. As it turns out, I got the two updates yesterday and the day before. So, these updates are supposedly preparation for future updates or patches for 2.8.2 & 2.8.3, yet the last update that got sent to me was for 2.7.3 and that failed. I don't understand how or even why I got them if I'm on older software. lol

Also, based on the time stamp, it seems they happened as soon as I got home and parked and my truck picked up the wifi connection.

Edit: I just noticed I have my auto updates set for midnight, and both of these came in and installed well before the scheduled time.

Quick question: Did you get 22-PU0727-VI-FXA or 22-PU0727-VI-FXB?

Trying to see if there are different versions for trucks with and without Bluecruise.

Looks like I need to keep an eye on mine since I had the same 2.7.3 issue. As of yesterday, no change.
