That's a first. So the button on not grayed out.....you can actually click it?

I recommend getting off the wi-fi. All the updates total 3-4 GB's, and your truck has only downloaded about 25% of them. The trucks internet may not be as fast as your wi-fi, but at least it is consistent.

Edit: Also, it won't hurt to reset your APIM. With the truck on, hold the radio power button and the forward seek button together for about 10 seconds until you see the screen reboot.

i did reset the APIM yesterday. I went out and turned off the wi-if and I’ll see how that works. Here is what my screen looks like when I looked at software updates.

Interesting. Maybe because it's only partially downloaded.

I took my truck in for CSP 22B08 but dealer states they were unable to download and complete. I only got vague responses when I asked for specific errors. Gut feeling they just don’t want to spend the time.

Can anyone check and see what they actually did?

VIN# 1FTFW1E82MFA45568

Any help would be very much appreciated!

I've been having no end of issues with the screen freezing, multiple screen overlays, blue screen of death, connection issues, etc etc....

After the last time at the dealer to get it sorted they were talking about an APIM replacement as the reset etc at the dealer made no difference....

So a couple of weeks ago the list of issues got so large that it went in and I had a sit down with one of the dealer techs who is a bit of guru on the APIM issues.... and discussed whether I needed a new APIM or another update.....

Turns out that on my last visit NO RESET was done as a software issue prevents the required updates from downloading, even at the dealer. Each time they tried to update it, the whole thing continually crashed. Apparently they had to figure out why the updates were failing and make changes to the software to allow the updates, and this has to be done BEFORE any further changes/updates can occur.

Got my truck back after a week and the connection between my iphone and the truck is blazingly fast on start up, as opposed to frequently never..... so far, so good.....

My advice would be to forget the OTA and get an update at the dealer as there seems to be more to it....

This has been an issue for a long time already. I also had this issue with my Tesla, but they have since fixed that.
