For those concerned about squat when towing I recommend the roadmaster active suspension. In addition to keeping my leveled truck from squatting when towing it also vastly improved the road manners when towing. This picture is fully loaded with water and gear for a trip through Wyoming and Montana last year.

Default 2.25 + ras

Photo in the rain is sitting on stock suspension. Added 2.25 inch leveling spacers, Icon UCA's, and RAS installed at the 1mm disc setting.

Default Leveling kit issues

Hey! I bought a 2020 5.0 f150 with a 2.5' level kit on it recently. (Previous owner installed, only had 12k miles on truck when I purchased). Long story short, I had to get my link pins tightened/ replaced bushings because whoever put the leveling kit on did not tighten them. However, I still hear a light clunk noise when going over large humps and occasionally small holes on the road. Is this noise a loose linkpin? Or is it possibly contact between the UCA and spring due to the height of the level kit. I've read that the 2.5' kit can cause contact there, but am not sure. Would I be better off switching to a lower 2.5" kit? Or would I see no difference and need to step down to a 1.5" level? Again, I am not sure wether the light clunk is the link pin or UCA contacting with spring. Any advice?

@tatechat look for shiny metal if you think something is contacting like that.

@5.0_beast nice wheel upgrade! That 18" stock that you had is what mine had... I'm a chrome guy but I hated that wheel.

Considering getting 2" spacers, or re-doing the entire front suspension.

2020 Lariat 500A package.

My issue, I drive 50 miles per day at 70-80 mph.....

Has anyone had any handling issues with the spacers at all? Around town it's no big deal if it's a little soft, but at highway speed, I want things to remain tight. Just curious if just doing a lift would be the better option, although it's much more money.

With my 2.25" spacers the only change I noticed is that initially starting a turn at a lower speed feels a little more aggressive. Other than that ride quality seems the same.

Did the 2.25 level it out with the rear pretty good?

They are so inexpensive it's almost worth trying them out, and if I don't like the ride, invest in some new suspension...but wanted some real world feedback on high speed driving.
