Tires are 275/70/18 Cooper AT3 XLT's. I've run 8 different sets of BFG's over the years on this truck / Tacoma / Jeep's and will never go back to the A/T series. The KO2's sucked IMO compared to previous generations. Love the BFG M/T's (all variations) but have zero need now as my truck is a daily driver (38k miles in less than two years). I had run a set of the Cooper ST Maxx and AT3 on my Tacoma and really liked both sets. the ST Maxx's are IMO the best off road tire available - but since I do not wheel this truck it's overkill. So I saw a new AT3 with better sidewalls was out and dropped my KO'2s.

Was going to go with the 295's but I think the 5.0 / gearing does well with the 275's and power loss is minimal. I'd rather scoot down the interstate with no issue than have a 1" bigger tire. It was a hard choice and there are days I wish I got 295's but I'm very pleased as it sits.

Hopefully the pics help someone as others posted on here helped me.
Had the same dilemma as you but ended up going with 295/65/18 on mine. Worth it 100%

Minimal power loss

Second, I am looking to do toyo open country with M/T, R/T or A/T - any strong recommendations on tire type / size without rub? Lastly, anyone else running something similar w/ good results? Thank you all in advance.

This is with 2" level in front and 3" blocks (3/4" higher) & Bilstiens in rear. Approx 1" rake remaining.

My tires are 275/65R20's = 34.4??? BFG A/T KO2
They do not rub on truck at all...……...BUT they do occasionally rub my weathertech front mud flap ever soooo lightly. The mudflaps take up 3/4" of space in the front stock inner wheel well. This is best pic of mudflap and tires on truck, AND my Silver Lab!!!
Hope it all helps you.

Fine looking truck you got. I just picked up a 2019 same as yours. How off is your speedometer now?

Hey. New to forum. Just got a 2018 Supercrew FX4 on factory 20" wheels, 275/55/20. Not trying to beat a dead horse here...(Sorry PETA) Have searched the forum for quite some time now and from reading pages and pages of posts about leveling, it seems there is a variety of discrepancies between set ups. What I mean is that for a true-level, NO RAKE, some say 2" spacer, some say 2.25", some say 2.5" with 1" block, some say 2.5" with no block. Not to even mention the varying measurements from the Bilstein or Rancho quick-lift options. You think this is due to variables like, slope of ground measures on? tire size difference? I am looking for a 100% dead-level, NO RAKE set up and am totally confused now... Any help?

Thanks in advance.
