Ford is so horrible with tracking and updating information. So frustrating. Ford service doesn't have an updated arrival/tracking information for me since 2/10. Maybe they could take a lesson from amazon or even the pathetic USPS! Tracking a shipment for a customer shouldn't be hard, especially one spending 60k.

 

Yeah, the wait is frustrating. One good thing I guess is I see today on the incentives page for 2016 Platinum SCrew is that there's a new financing option of 1.9% for 48 months so I'm glad that'll be avail when I finally get delivery.

 

I will be real bummed if it gets here after the 4th though of april

Ordered 2/9/16|Built on 2/22|Window Sticker|2/15|In Transit 2/23| ETA 3/8 Hopefully 4 weeks and a couple of days from order to delivery!? Ordered the same truck except a 157" wb on 1/26 built on 2/15 and its not in transit yet!

 

How did you get the "in transit" date & ETA?

 

I called Ford customer care for the transit dates of my order. Delivery is between 29 February and 2 March. I still can't get a window sticker even with the VIN.

 

Good looking truck. That's what I have on order except 4X4. Your picture makes me glad I ordered the sport, I am not a lover of chrome.
