Wow.... you aren't kidding! See a lot of complaints about the Toshiba drives that come in these. Some people saying it's a BIOS issue? Sorry.... it's the HD. If I put them in a different machine for a repair, it comes back saying there are bad sectors and states (can't remember the terminology) they can not be repaired by CHKDSK. To me, that says there is physical damage to the disc, as it has to write the needed info in a different location.

Nothing you can do with that..lucky if it's readable. You'll usually still lose stuff or it corrupts and stays that way..until it's put a worthy disk anyway lol.

All those SFFs and AIOs run way hotter than a good old fashioned mini tower. I buy scores of PCs for my various clients every year and avoid the SFFs like the plague. If you get stuck with one, swap to a Samsung 860 evo to both speed them way up and minimize heat related drive death. As a side effect they also use less power which means your power supply runs slightly cooler. It is a small amount but every bit helps in those things. The prices for SSDs in general is way down compared to a year ago and unless you need a large amount of storage space, I see no reason to ever purchase a spinny drive for a desktop again. Obviously if you have a media PC or something like that they still make sense but not for your average desktop user.

Is that the RV you spent all the time insulating Jbrew? I remember seeing inside shots but don't recall seeing the outside. Looks like you could have alot of fun in that.

Nah, I wish! I'm selling that thing, looking for something much smaller, no slides and for warm weather use only... lol.

Yea, American built RV's are junk, enough to make yuh sick lol. AU built, puts us to shame...shame shame shame lol. A little pricey (okay, not so little) but look at what you get, also keep in mind, that's Aussy dollars. Yea, not exporting at this time...
