Thank $diety for small favors. Was talked into buying a 2018 focus with a significant discount but kept the truck. Have needed to work on the front suspension for a long time but the lift I was going to borrow has been unavailable due to weather (the owner has a 78 'vette that he doesn't take out unless it's nice.) Went out Sunday to start pulling the wheel well liners (have to replace the exhaust headers as well) and noticed something sticking out of the tire................looked closer and can see the belts in the tire. Had driven the truck the day before and was looking at tires but didn't buy any. Probably should have but at least I didn't have a blowout or throw a tread. Sadly still don't have a spare but that's on the list.

Treadwright, superswamper, and military take offs are some to look into that for sure make 16.5 tires. I have a folder with a bunch of links I'm trying to find. Will post them once I can find them.
Very nice looking.

About 10" of snow here so far, and no signs of stopping. I plowed the driveway to get the first stage off (took an hour or so), and already had 2" more on the sidewalk. Temps are hovering around 30°, too, so it's thick, wet, heavy stuff. Good times. Good times.

Soooo.... is the Lightning headlight different for the bulb location vs. the regular F150/Expy?

I think I'm going to go have a look at this thing tonight or tomorrow..... https://www.ksl.com/auto/listing/5427934?ad_cid=7#

I just put in the Lightning heads (edit* same as Harley right?). I didn't notice a difference. If it stops raining I'll take my OEM set out there and compare. You concerned about the headlights or the corner lights? I was following that other thread

Identical as far as I could tell when I installed mine.

You messed me up for a sec. I thought part 2 was supposed to be related to part 1.
I don't know that I'd want front-drive only where you are, but otherwise, it looks like a nice ride.

EDIT: Ooooooh! 4-cylinder.

I'm fine with FWD.... mine is, and it's just fine in the snow. I'll tell you what... that little 2.5 liter is a quick little son of a gun. It's also a 6 speed (no more CD4E). I told the guy I would buy it.... I'm going to sleep on it though, but it's about a 95% chance I'm getting it.

It has just under 66K on the clock.... and it's pretty dang clean. It has some boo-boo's on it. It'll need a little touch up paint.
