True... I'll have to give it some deeper thought than I already have. It's a great place to work, don't get me wrong. I'm kinda the independent type in this regard though, LOL.

Ahh NM, that was in reference to the Mercon formulation in that thread. Which Motorcraft bottled at one time (way back when) for some of their transmissions. Yea, that too originated from Valvoline AFAK. Curious if Ford came up with the Formulation from the get go. Probably not now that I think of it....since it wasn't just Ford specified alone. It was a share vs stand alone.

Welp.... on March 11th, I am officially a college student again. Saved a grundle of money doing it as a "career advancement" rather than a course.

Thank you! I talked to the instructor for about an hour tonight, and decided on a plan of action. Really cool guy. It's a "go when you can" and "pay as you go" school, very sensitive to work schedules, etc. It's 2 dollars per hour... whatever course. Can't beat that.

My Cisco certs are going to be 150 a piece.... and there are two (CCENT and CCNA).

Well had a little bit of rustoleum rust reformer left over from another project so I tossed it on a backing plate. Just wanted to paint something lol. Still waiting to pull the trigger on paint for the axle

That might be a good experiment. Let it dry for 48 hours, then take after it with a wire brush, a screwdriver, etc., and see how it holds up.

EDIT: DAMMIT! I wish they'd give the option to get rid of that %^&$ "Quick Reply" button!!
