Finally got the races out of the hubs. Axle is officially completely torn down. New bearings and races ordered. Just need to clean up the axle, paint, and order/install brakes.

Now just trying to find the best/quickest way to clean up this axle. So far I'm thinking the best way is a wire cup brush on an angle grinder

Alright guys..... gloss black or matte black for the rear end? I feel like matte black is more of a factory color and gloss black is more of a show color... but gloss cleans easier lol

I would say satin as well..... not too dull, not too shiny.
