Funny story- after the M-I-L passed, my F-I-L decided to have a yard/garage sale- he enlisted the wife and i to help- when we arrived he had junk everywhere, boxes of stuff, some priced, some not, he had a big box of vinyl lps - marked .75 cents each- the first few was old big band stuff, so...
anyway, day of the sale, a lady was digging in the box of lps- pulls out an Abbey Road, with the cellophane still clinging to it!- asks my F-I-L about the price, and before i could say anything, he says " yeah, ill take .50 cents"- i about fell over!- he tells the lady " i never liked 'em anyway".
After bouncing around on the Toyota webpages the past few months, I've come to find that Denso is a very well respected brand. I used their plugs on my little car, and so far they are top notch. Also bought some of their shorty u-grooves for the Mustang..... and now, I decided to try their wires on the F150. They also have some great reviews on Ebay and Amazon. I took some pics for you dudes to see...
Those look good. I got a set of Motorcraft wires off eBay and so far, only changed the one bad wire. The weather didn't cooperate so I just did the one until it gets warmer out again. It got down to 1 degree last night. Not exactly real warm out right now.
I thought I would post this in case any of you might need a new one for a price that is reasonable, finally. I needed a new brake pedal pad (corner worn off), so I decided to go out and see the best price. Crap. Those things have gone crazy. I used to pay only 3-4 bucks for them but now they are in the $teens.
I got two that came in on Friday. I decided to put a new one on Blue also, although his was fine. Anyways, these are of good quality (don't know the wear factor) and are flexible enough to put on at less than 20 degrees outside.
In case anyone might want to replace their's, here is an eBay link. Free shipping also. $4.85 is a great price.

LOL- i thought i was the only person **** about things like that! That was the FIRST thing i changed out when i bought mine!- i dont know why, but that just bugs me to pieces!!
It's been over a year since this feller logged in....
HAHAHA.....I think he may of came back at another name once or twice. I doubt there could be 3 of him out there.
On the pedal pads you need, I don't remember the Fox pedals, but I will say, I have a set of MT ones with the shelby chrome trim from the S197's that if they fit, you could have. I've got so much crap, I need to start cleaning out my second bedroom, that I can not get into anymore. Look at the difference, and if they will work, they are yours. I don't remember if I have the gas pedal or not. I remember you said you had a dead pedal already, and the Fox is different anyways.
Made progress on the highboy; got the oil pan back in, dipstick welded in place, oil and filter changed, battery charged.... and I go to crank! Doesnt start losing sunlight so I`ll have to tinker more tomorrow. Hoping it’s just cause the truck has sat for a few months... fingers crossed
