A guy I watch on YT posted pics and a video last night of his instrument cluster, showing before and after cleaning it. I had to do it after I saw it!

Good morning, all.

Brew, thanks for the suggestion. I'll check it out.

White: That looks amazingly different! What was involved with the cleaning?

EDIT: I just saw the show pics. Glad you went I like that Lightning, but I'm not sure about the double-hash decal. I know the Grand Sport Corvette and other cars have had them, but (especially on a truck) they just scream "Dodge" to me for some reason.

Thank you. I just used Chemical Guys headlight restore for the lens, and basically just cleaned the rest. I was amazed at how bad it had gotten... and also at the amount of dirt and grime behind it on the dash.

I broke one of the tabs on my dash.... it literally disintegrated when I took the screw out. I am going to make a new one out of a Toyota trim piece I have laying around. I hope it works!

Good Morning anyone,
I don't have any cool pics to post but I did give the old 97 a workout this weekend by retrieving a car that broke down at the outer banks for a friend.
Dam the gas mileage sucks when towing a 1500 lbs trailer and ~3800 LB car on the trailer.
Took my youngest daughter to help and since we went that far anyway we decided to go hang on the beach for a few hours. So that was cool.
I never remember to take pics but took one just before we left.

The one in green is mine, The one in pink was the rescued.
Yes, we went to the beach in jeans and still had a blast. Didn't think to brings shorts until we got there.

It was hot... I think it was 90 when I left at 11:30 am. The Eight Nine ran cool as a cucumber the whole way through though. That system that I put together works really well. I wish this pic would've been taken AFTER the cluster got cleaned. Didn't know just how dirty it was until the sun shine showed me. But, I have a lot of the guys in my group ask me about how cool it stays. BTW, I am also running underdrive pulleys.

Pics shows for me. In the center are two people. The one in the pink top is the girl we had to come get. The one beside her (The green doesn't show, looks black) is my daughter.
I don't know blue shirt.
My daughter is not a dwarf. It's just the perspective.

Also, ~2010 Jeep Liberty is what picked up.

Also, F*** whatever german engineer that puts timing chains on the back of the engine, and even worse, uses torque to yield bolts on the cam and intermediate

What amp are you installing?

This is the amp and line output converter im using and amp wire kit. I have 12ga going between the amp and loc since its what was in the kit. The 14 and 16ga are only a few pennies apart so ill probably just stick with the 14ga.
