Hopefully you guys have the full picture. To be absolutely as fair as I can be with this stuff, I wouldn't recommend using it at this point. 90% sure it's the oil. The Valvoline 75W - 140 Syn VV982 anyway. Best I can do.
Well... I need to research it. I've got some 75W-140 sitting at home for the Mustang. Think it's regular oil though... not Synpower. Pretty sure it's the white bottle. Bought that and some FM for it a couple months ago..... memory is too bad to remember which I bought. Lol. I do know it is Valvoline though.

Pretty sure that's going to be the next project, it clicks too well lol.
Yeh i hope to never go through something like that again. We rebuilt but brought the house up a bit so hopefully so we should be good for the next 1000 year flood. It got the overdrive gear in my trans, and turned my engine and gear oil to milkshake but everything else was good. I love it out here with only 8 houses within a few square miles.

If you are talking about the bronco I really hope you do so I can ask questions when I finally get one. lol

Almost brought home a bronco tonight!
Wife wanted to go to hobby lobby so I stopped in the model car section. Was hoping for a 74ish truck but only had the 78 ford and this bronco

AMT had a 75-76 ish dent side back in the day- basically the same as the 78, with a different grille-
(i made rear duals and put a flat bed on mine)
and, yes, at 56, i still build occasionally, although my interest is mostly 1/48 scale aircraft now
