Thinking
Might be buying a Moates Chip for the Stang from a guy here locally. One more step closer to a 351... I need to find a 95+ 351 still though, lol.
Don't know if I ever posted this. It spits out a little condensation in the video, lol. Not sure why these Mustangs get so much condensation in the exhaust. As you can tell, it's gotten pretty cold here, lol.

Bet you don't realize just how good of deal that is. I've had a side business for many years and went through MANY cordless tools. I use to demo them but got out of it because of the paperwork involved lol. Free tools, but hated the paperwork. Wasen't worth it and your only given one of there tools, you still pay for outfitting your arsenal.
Anyway, long story/history short lol, back in 2003 Ridgid was the first to attempt corning the market with there free batteries for life. This caught a lot of attention, but it didn't work as well as projected. Milwaukee and Dewalt countered providing batteries that last forever, also incorporating a brush-less motor producing pretty bullet proof units that last for well over a decade. These products were also the most powerful ever designed. The difference didn't compare to older versions. Black and Decker/Dewalt became the winner. They did everything right and was able to provide new units.
Anyway as far as cordless goes, Dewalt topped in sales and are still putting distance between them and all the rest of their competition. This doesn't mean they are the absolute best. The competition produces equally as good products. It's the cost and accessory lines that can't be matched. You just took advantage of that in the best way possible...perfect timing, way to go!
I still own and use daily, the first of Dewalts brushless line and use just two of there batteries to run pretty much everything...yep, just two of the smaller types, think they're 1.5's or 7's units. But these batteries last so long on a charge and charge so quickly, I've never felt the need to upgrade to 3.0's. Thought about it plenty. I also thought about adding a battery impact. I use my 1/4 drive for wheels on and off vehicles. I can't break that little thing and it still provides plenty of power for anything I can through at it. Now , I have air tools for the really tough stuff...the best. But honestly as far as cordless stuff, there isn't the need there use to be. To keep investing in new and improved cordless tools and batteries. Cordless use to cost me plenty and the old stuff didn't last. That's what's changed and is saving consumers and small business hugely. All you have to know is what to buy. There's still a market for cheep cordless, but you have to be very clueless and cheap to fall into that category lol.

Thanks for the info Brew! We use Dewalt brushless drills at work, and they take a SERIOUS beating. I've seen them dropped off of a lift from 10 feet up, and still take it. Most of our stuff is 18 volt, not 20 volt.
But yeah, I didn't see the original pricing until I went to check when it will arrive on HD's website. I am having them ship it to the store by my house... after having a couple packages stolen off my porch, I think it's better I send this to HD, lol. It was free shipping either way.
You know what sucks is... in later that day, I got a 10% off entire purchase coupon from HD. Coulda had it for $130... lol.
I think it's going to be worth it. Got here an hour ago, dropped the GF off at the airport, just me here this weekend. Mann, I gotta turn a TV on or something....it's too quiet lol. Daughter is having a party up at the house, a bunch of rowdies I expect. She's sort of a practical joker, but fairly predicable so I'm prepared. Anyway, I doubt she knows I'm here. Since all the windows are now insulated with reflectix, you can't see any light from the outside. Think I'm safe...I'll set a trap just in case lol.

I'm surprised the drill motor is still working. I packed it with wet clay recently working in a trench. Was using it to install sewer pipe fernco's.
I wiped it off, but the motor vents were packed with clay, needed to be taken apart and cleaned. I didn't get to that yet...can't believe it still works. I just used it to take the windows apart recently. I really should take better care of it. My Milwaukee, Makita and Ryobi stuff all need new batteries. Really not worth fixing that stuff. Spoiled with that Dewalt, it's small light and powerful. Since I also have Milwaukee electric drills on hand, one hole-shooter and two hammer drills, I'm set for the heavy duty drilling. But yea, that little DeWalt 20v, -seems like I'm always grabbibg that thing for something...the flashlight as well.
Well, you still can't beat yourself up on what you achieved. You stole that stuff for that price. I let BF and CM slip by me this year, I deserve a beating...you through the first punch lol.

Just got back from a one of a kind parade in the little country town of Fowlerville MI. Crazy country bumpkins out here. One section of the parade roughly 300' in length consisted of flame throwers. Freaked people out when then went off. They timed it perfectly of course. A loud boom then flames shooting strait up 50' or so. I think the kid next to me filled his drawers and ran. I had a can of Pringles with me, kid asked for some, gave him the can real quick. Looked down after the excitement, the kid and the Pringles were gone. Poor kid, - hey I didn't expect it either lol. It was cool though, I believe they were tank set ups from hot air balloons. It was different.
