The past week or two, there has been a buzz around Utah about a new MLB stadium being built. The idea was to start an expansion team in the beginning. That has changed today to buying the Oakland A's. The main players as owners are the Miller family, former owners of the Utah Jazz (they still own a small percentage). Ryan Smith, the current majority owner of the Utah Jazz has met with the NHL about starting a hockey team here as well. I say that's great - but we'd rather have an NFL team, lol.

Color me impressed!...By both the guitar play *and* the vocals. I spent a little time watching some of her other videos, and really appreciate her style of play. She has a unique sound.
Looking at the weather for next week does NOT bode well for flooding.
Last night there was a news story about a hillside neighborhood in North Salt Lake that is "shifting" again. This is the same neighborhood back in 2014.
It's still moving down the mountain. I don't know if I posted it here, but just a week or two ago there was a brand new neighborhood that will need to be rebuilt due to a landslide.
About 5 miles from the homestead there was this giant ravine that a home builder decided to fill in and build the circled neighborhood upon. Well, I bet you'll never guess what is happening right now? The homes are only 2 or 3 years old.
