No not the double, the one that right behind the passenger rear tire that was there to support the factory turn downed tip. What makes it more ridiculous is they just bolt in with a couple 3/8 nuts. It probably took them longer to cut it than it took me to unbolt it.
cold or rain I’d love to move back to Michigan, lol. Virginia is very nice but I miss bitching about the snow. 🥸. My wife on the other hand refuses to even entertain the idea of moving back. She said she left the snow and nothing is going to get her to go back.

Really shouldn't need that bulb at the end there where the bushing connects once everything is aligned and weighted. If you're worried about it sliding around, add more to the bend. You know...a little better than a 90....like the shops do lol. They make their own up as they go.
EDIT: Wait, are you saying the PO cut the top double hanger fastened to the bottom of the truck. ? If so, yea, I could see how that would be a bit of a dilemma. Not sure why anyone would cut that up...no reason too. Not sure where you would get one of those if that's the case. Salvage yard or fab something up like you said. I seem to recall that those are bolted in...if I'm remembering right. Gotta go from memory and way back...looking at it now, it's just a rust blob with two partial stick figures to hang a couple bushing on....buts it's a solid blob lol. Anyway, bummer man.
Really wish I could of found a pre-bent tail pipe in 3" after all this lol. Without that 3" cat back, that truck wouldn't have much of a passing gear...the 5four flat spot in the powerband is right there. The factory catted Y takes care of the low end, the 3" cat back helps the high....exactly where it needs it.
Gotta get those weep holes drilled out... keeps slipping my mind. It will fill with condensation quicker than shiii now that it's sealed...specially if it gets used this winter. One in the crossover (which is system sump) and another in back of the muffler.
It barley 40* and raining here...warming up on Friday. Just getting over a chest cold from this wacky weather...looking forward to the warm stuff.

Oh okay..,.good, and I agree lol. Doesn't make sense. Didn't take you long to map one of those out Yea, that's where I left off ...right there at that particular hanger. Waiting for the tip to show up first. It's 12", fairly close to where I need to weld the bushing hook to the pipe. Seen just that Ford bushing in the picture on fleabay for 53 bucks lol. Tough bushings though, I can still my originals if I wanted...stainless steel frame inside.
Can't blame her. I liked winter when it was always white. That's a thing of the past though...cold and miserable the majority unless you're further up north. This time of year though...wouldn't want to be anywhere else....diggen the fall colors...never gets old.
BTW- This is the TP kit I went with. Can you believe I ran short on pipe (reason for the tip), and couldn't get the angles worked out between the axle/shock and spare tire..... slice dice mix and match FTW there.
Just went over to Autozone to order the installers kit for the drier, etc. While both engine sizes are on the screen, he asks me what motor. I say it's the 2.5 liter. He asks if it's 4 or 6 cylinder. Ok... whatever. We get that all ordered and I ask where they keep the R134A. He asks me if that is a battery. I tell him no, it's refrigerant. Although I don't know for certain, it sure felt like he was taking me to the antifreeze when I was intercepted by a lady that told me they keep it behind the counter now.
How can you work there and not know what R134A is?

I try to walk in with the part # of what I need.
I know the commercial counter person at both local retail stores, and most times I can walk back and find what I need.
I found it, it's in my ebay cart but I haven't bought it yet. I'll probably get to it by the end of the week. I need to look if there is any bad rust on the Manifolds studs that bolt to the Y pipe. I don't want to zip them off, not be able to tighten them back up and then, be forced to do the Manifolds when I'm not ready for the work and swear words.
