In fact, I'm pretty sure that's how The Eight Nine is still wired. The dealer sold me the wrong wires when I did that setup. I trimmed the connectors down so they would go under the BMW housing.

Yep, back in 06 a few guys over there gave me the confidence to tear apart the F150's E4OD/4R100 in a attempt to bring it back the dead. I had 0 transmission experience at the time. They did me right, it's still going strong today.

Most expensive part of that project was the custom fluid formulation used to counter estimated clutch material loss..... those guys new their stuff.

As I recall, TCCOA is also where the J-Mod was introduced. Might even be the same guy you spoke to about the E4OD.

Default Well, don't I feel foolish....

I pulled the diff out of the '99,and tossed it in a box, intending to put the Trac-Lok unit in the' 03 at some point. I pulled it out this evening while sorting all the extra things I've had stashed away for too long.

Here's the diff tag:

Here's the carrier:

I have a box just like that, but mine are out of an Explorer. They're sitting on a shelf out back, lol. Been there since we moved in. It's sitting next to my spare front diff.
