Maybe. I posit someone was real dumb.

Interesting stuff. Who ever would have guessed a radiator fan could be such geek fodder.

I'm seriously considering this now but I am stuck on the switch. The VW options seem like there's no way to be sure what temps you'd get and the BMW switch seems too risky because the harnesses are simply getting too rare. I haven't come across any other alternatives except for aftermarket controller kits. $500+ for a finished kit is out of the question, too

The BMW switch can simply use female bullet connectors.

Might have a Fox body coming up.
A buddy of mine bought this10 yrs. ago from my boss as a Graduation present for his boy.
He has kept it as a summer only vehicle and is thinking of selling it.
Asked me if I want to go thru it, detail and sell it.
These pics are from 2 yrs ago.

For the record... the ground effects took roughly 7/8 of a quart, and the rest of the car took 2 quarts.

EDIT: I also climbed under The Eight Nine and looked at the pinion a little closer. It's wet, but I don't see any "drips" per se.

I don't even remember what he paid for it.
My boss bought it to keep, but my buddy convinced him to sell it.
Then complained he paid too much. lol
I just messaged him to see what he wants to do.

Seems like one or three of you are also Queensryche fans. This new song is pretty decent. No... not Geoff Tate, but still good.
