I'm getting OLD is all I can say
No, young'n... I'm talking about the Scout1, 144/288 cubes. The 304 is the more modern version. ☺️

Being retired, and being a partsman and tech all my life, I had to go out and recheck. No IHC 144 in any IHC other than their farm/industrial versions. Their smallest 4 is the 152. Others are up to 196 cid. Where and what did you own that had a 144? Even the first Scout 80, 800's all had a 152 I4, and then the half cast in 1971. I went back to 1946 without finding that engine. IHC liked their I6's back in those days. There was a 91 cid I4 in a M80 (mail vans) in the 57 up year, but no listing I can find anywhere with a 144.

As far as young'n, I started working in automotive parts in 1969, dealership work started in 1972, and industrial in 1977. I'd say, young'n doesn't apply in my case but you can say it all you want. Makes this OLD man feel younger.

Have I ever mentioned that I love Tide for cleaning interiors? Lol. Top was the passenger side, and the cleaner of the two. I was an idiot and didn't get a before pic.

Looks good, White. I always thought those carpeted center sections would look better in black/dark-gray vinyl to match the tops. Thems was the 80's, though.
