In the process of doing my video I took... this was a really big event. Most participation I've seen in years.

Picked up a couple sump pumps...submersibles just in case. It's getting wet over here. Combination of two storms and frost coming out of the ground. Hasn't flooded here since I've been....that old pump was working overtime.

From too much moisture to not enough. I wish we had had more snow this winter.

On another subject: Does this look proper and safe to you Thinkers? Fastened so low, it sure looks like a good pothole would upset this thing.

No way.... I can tell by looking that the words "that ain't goin' nowhere" were not used.

Here is the previously mentioned video about the Autorama yesterday.

Anyone know where I can get a 4 ga or bigger version of this?

or a good way to get it apart and modify it to 4ga without destroying it...

Nvm got it apart...will slide the 4 ga and new solenoid wire back in and rubber cement it together...just need to get some rubber cement...

Or maybe a heat gun

Looks like the kickstand is bolted and the handlebars are strapped in...shouldn't go anywhere

The kickstand was free-floating (motorcycle is vertical) and the straps are affixed only about a foot above the deck. One good pothole or R/R track, and I'll bet it's toast.

Looked like that was a vertical bolt going through the kickstand, which is why I figured they used the kickstand tension to strap the yoke into place. You're probably right

Absolutely no stability in the rear.

I'm not seeing any signs that it's done much better up front.

This damn near looks like an effort to get an insurance claim on it, LOL.
